From Global Design to Local Roast
For over a decade, Vicky Tsui helped shape some of the world’s most recognizable design moments. Her work with Nike and Converse reached millions, and she played a key role in projects that collaborated with cultural figures like Raf Simons and honored the legacy of Andy Warhol. Her approach was never just about aesthetics—it was about how people connect with what they use, and how thoughtful design can quietly elevate everyday life.
After years immersed in that world, Vicky turned her focus to something more grounded: coffee. Not just as a drink, but as a medium for craftsmanship, sensory experience, and daily ritual. MO7SCOFFEE was born in Hong Kong, built on the same principles that guided her design career—precision, intention, and deep respect for how people engage with what they consume.
The name MO7SCOFFEE (pronounced “mos-coffee”) comes from flipping the word “SLOW” upside down. It reflects how coffee flavor evolves from hot to cold—revealing different notes and textures along the way. To truly taste coffee, we have to slow down and give it the time it deserves.
That same philosophy—of patience, precision, and quiet attention—guides how MO7SCOFFEE is crafted.
From bean selection to roast development to the way each cup is served, MO7SCOFFEE reflects a designer’s eye and a maker’s heart. It’s not about trends or spectacle. It’s about balance, clarity, and the quiet joy of something well made.
Now based in Vancouver, Vicky continues to grow MO7SCOFFEE from a small brewing corner inside Oriole Café. It’s a space where people are invited to slow down, notice the aroma, feel the texture, and taste the nuance. Each roast is fresh, deliberate, and designed to be experienced—not just consumed.
MO7SCOFFEE is coffee with intention—crafted to transform your daily ritual into a quietly meaningful experience.
